Course Descriptions:

Courses listed below are in order of training progression. We offer a wide variety of training programs for the beginning recreational diver to the more advanced diver.

OPEN WATER SCUBA DIVER Up to 4 per class

(Includes Online Training Program)

Prerequisite: Minimum age: 10 years. Class includes: Instructor Fees, Pool Fees, Naui Book Kit, Online Training Program, Use of Scuba Gear, Photo C-Card and Open Water Checkout Dives. This course is designed to provide the knowledge and skills needed to gain experience in the open water diving environment. It is a great opportunity for a fun family learning experience. Ocean Boat Dive is included in the class (A $100 value)

NITROX SCUBA DIVER

1 night, 2 dives. Dives, Gas and Equipment not included. Prerequisite Open Water Scuba Diver. This class is for divers who would like to learn how to lengthen their bottom times and/or shorten their surface intervals. Course teaches the fundamentals of nitrox use, how it is made, common misconceptions and dive tables. This course will allow the student to participate in dives that air divers cannot do. A dive computer is strongly recommended.

ADVANCED SCUBA DIVER

1 classroom, 1 pool and 6 checkout dives. Dives, Gas and Equipment not included. This course will help polish the skills learned in open water. The course covers natural and compass navigation, 1 classroom, 1 pool session, deep diving, and 4 specialty dives of your choice. This class will open up more diving opportunities and allow you access to more advanced dives.

RESCUE SCUBA DIVER

Dives, Gas and Equipment not included. This course will help the diver recognize stress situations in others and themselves. The diver will be able to perform assists and rescues using rescue equipment and rescue techniques learned in the class and pool sessions. Each student will be able to implement emergency procedures in the pre-dive plan, including complete accident reporting, recording, and management. Must be first aid/cpr certified to receive certification.

MASTER SCUBA DIVER

Dives, Gas and Equipment not included. Prerequisite Advanced and 15 years old. This course continues the skills and knowledge of the advanced diver to mastery level. This diver, when finished, should look and know almost as much as an instructor.

NIGHT DIVER

Dives, Gas and Equipment not included. This course will teach the diver how to dive at night or in dark water. Hand signals, light signals, and communication skills are covered. Skills for beach and boat night dives are covered as well.

WRECK DIVER

Dives, Gas and Equipment not included. This course teaches the methods of safely diving around wrecks, anti-silting, salvage, recovery, and wreck nomenclature.
